These terms cover the Union website and waitlist as they exist today, before the app launches. When the app becomes available, we'll publish updated terms for it — and we'll tell waitlist members before anything changes.

The website and waitlist

By joining the waitlist you're asking us to email you about Union's launch and progress. That's the whole deal. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing us, and every email includes a way to opt out.

What Union will be

Union is a weekly journaling ritual for couples. The app is free — weekly prompts, private reflections, synchronized reveals, and your complete digital archive, at no cost. The only thing we sell is the optional annual printed keepsake book (and related physical extras). No subscription, no premium tier.

What Union is not

Union is a reflection and connection tool, not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you or your relationship need professional support, please seek help from a licensed professional. Where we can, we'll point you to human support resources.

Founding Member offer

Waitlist members will receive early access and a Founding Member discount on their first keepsake book. The specific discount and book pricing will be announced before anything goes on sale — joining the waitlist never commits you to buying anything.

Fair use of this site

Please don't abuse the website or the waitlist form (for example, by submitting addresses that aren't yours, or attempting to disrupt the service). We may remove entries we believe are fraudulent or abusive.

No warranties, limited liability

The website and waitlist are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of this pre-launch website is limited to the amount you have paid us — which, today, is nothing.

Changes

We may update these terms as Union grows. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and launch-time terms will be shared with the waitlist before they apply to you.
